Apprentice - Client Services

Location - Gurugram (On-site)

Responsibilities

  • Know and understand our customer needs.

  • Gain and maintain product knowledge.

  • Use of all trading platforms and client tools proficiently.

  • Understand and apply the tiered service level to all client queries regardless of inception.

  • Fully competent in CRM usage and queue management, according to Team guidelines and SLAs whilst maintain ownership of escalated issues.

  • Initiate new or update existing WINs and procedures.

  • Gain awareness and knowledge on new innovation and products.

  • Work according to compliance rules, regulations and understanding of risk management.

  • Actively take part in and act as driver in Lean process and lean meetings

  • Provide knowledgeable and accurate support to customers, going the extra mile to resolve queries effectively.

  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while managing and resolving customer complaints efficiently.

  • Process client requests through case management, collaborating closely with Internal Operations, Legal, and other support teams as required.

Your profile 

  • Should have strong commitment to delivering exceptional service towards clients

  • Strong communicator with excellent English communication

  • A team player willing to share experience and ideas as well as having the ability to communicate at different levels in the organization

  • Ability to follow clear guidelines and to ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.

  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and deliver customer centric solutions.

  • Basic to good understanding of investment products and financial services.
