We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate person with a technical mind-set. Is that you? By joining the Operations team of Satair UK you will be able to develop technical and customer services skills while playing a key role in our Maintenance Component Organisation.
What this job is:
As a technical apprentice, you will at the core of our operations. Participating in the end to end process for Batteries maintenance.
Key responsibilities: as part of the team you will support on:
Front line customer support
Continuously liaise with clients to coordinate forecast to plan against current manpower
Continuous communication with workshop staff & instruct as necessary
Distributing technical Quotations & periodic follow up
Producing all workshop shipping documentation and arrangement shipment as per customer requirements
Invoicing of all workshop orders
Generate reports on a daily /monthly basis (internal/external)
Responsible for controlling warranties logs
Handle, resolve & communicate customer complaints
Liaising with accounts to chase overdue payments
Assist in workshop activities during staff shortages
Servicing pricing negotiations (Small Businesses)
maintaining an organise and up to date the Workshop data management system
Distritute communications to the team of changes on process and domentation
Adhoc duties
SKILLS & ABILITIES YOU WILL LEARN:
SAP Super User (ERP Repair)
Known Consignor Status – 1-7 (Training provided by the company)
Career path as Certifying Satff
Part 145 accreditations
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must be computer literate – Knowledge of excel required and Google environment
Must be able to work under pressure and own initiative
Must be decisive, accurate and dependable
Excellent communication skills with clear spoken English.
Able to work flexibly within a team, asking for & giving support as needed.
Able to follow procedures & instructions.
Able to demonstrate a good understanding of health & safety.
Able to understand the importance of being punctual & the impact that absence has on the effectiveness of the team.
