The Ideal Apprentice Candidate
- Strong interest in pursuing a career as an automotive technician
- Enrollment in or completion of an automotive technology program (preferred, not required)
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn advanced vehicle systems
- Commitment to quality workmanship and professional development
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team‑based environment
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Basic hand tools preferred (more tools as skills progress)
How You’ll Gain Experience
- Assist certified technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
- Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
- Learn Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems, tools, and repair processes
- Document work performed on repair orders accurately and thoroughly
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs
- Collaborate with the service team to deliver an exceptional ownership experience
