We are looking for an Application Support Engineer (.NET) to support and troubleshoot .NET-based applications, assist end users, and handle incidents in line with SLAs. The role requires close collaboration with development and infrastructure teams, along with participation in shift rotation and weekend support when needed.
Responsibilities
Provide application support for .NET-based systems
Troubleshoot incidents and support end users in line with SLAs
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
Participate in shift rotations and weekend support when required
Requirements
Background in .NET technologies
English communication at user‑interaction level
Positive attitude and strong customer‑service mindset
Willingness to work shifts and weekends if needed
Nice to Have
Experience in Life Sciences or regulated environments
Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Ontime)
Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or similar)
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, specialized in Information Technology.
