Your Tasks:

  • Subject matter expertise in ORBIS more specifically in the area of Medication and/or other functional area’s

  • Define, prioritize and follow up on serviceability requirements to the R&D teams

  • Take the lead in pilot/first of type projects in cooperation with product management and local service organizations

  • Create content for the ORBIS Training program

  • Train and support the local service organizations

  • Assist in the definition and validation of the reference db for a new country

  • Guide/assist in the first deployments of a new country/region

  • Assist/support on unblocking escalation sites, problem sites

  • Maintain and review documentation, manuals and training material

  • Continuous optimization of the processes and documentation for a service-oriented and customer-friendly delivery organization

  • Drive an international community of domain experts with a clear focus on sharing knowledge, best practices and consolidation/prioritization of (service) requirements

  • Close collaboration with all teams involved in the product lifecycle, such as product management, product development, sales, service, support and project management

You bring in:

  • A degree in computer science or medical informatics, alternatively a completed IT-technical training and / or pharmaceutical-technical, medical or nursing training

  • If possible, professional experience in one of the areas of pharmacy, ward communication, OR, anestesia, intensive care, nursing workstation, inpatient and/or outpatient patient administration

  • Good knowledge of hospital medication processes (ordering, administration, validation, possibly insight into pharmacy processes)

  • Languages: Fluent in English. Knowledge in French/German would be a plus

Nice to haves:

  • You have experience in handling with legal regulations common practical and theoretical problems and best practices in a hospital or healthcare related environment

  • Business process modelling knowledge is beneficial

  • Commitment to teamwork and ability to foster productive working relations with internal and external groups.

  • Strong Leadership skills – Is accountable and takes ownership for issues escalated to the team and acts as a facilitator when required.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Excellent presentation skills
