The Job:
As the Application Manager Construction, you’ll be part of our Sales Team. You’ll get to:
• Identify and acquire potential end customers in our strategic target markets “main and secondary construction trades” as well as complementary sectors.
• Win new customers in your assigned region.
• Act as a brand ambassador at end customer level, focusing on our professional brands.
• Sell power tools, hand tools, and storage solutions to end customers via our defined dealers.
• Independently manage and expand your assigned sales territory.
• Jointly support and assist our dealers with the Regional Manager and national/local Key Account Management.
• Conduct application-based product demonstrations and training for end customers and dealers.
• Increase sales through comprehensive needs analysis and application recommendations to expand product ranges at end customers.
• Utilize loyalty programs effectively.
• Organize and support regional and national events, including practical demonstrations.
• Plan and document all activities in Salesforce.
• Conduct and document market and competitor observations.

About You:

• Completed technical or craft training with several years of professional experience, or commercial training with strong technical affinity.
• Experience in field sales in the tools sector or related industries, ideally power tools.
• Technical understanding of our product portfolio with business-oriented thinking and action.
• Sales talent and strong communication skills.
• A customer- and results-oriented personality, high initiative, self-motivation, and team spirit.
• Confident use of MS Office, Salesforce, and willingness to professionally use internal reporting systems (e.g., PowerBI).
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
• High willingness to travel, including regular overnight stays in your region and nationwide for trade fairs and meetings.
