Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for all business lines, delivering clear, customer-friendly, and internal reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with end users to understand business needs and translate requirements into effective code and reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop, and support a variety of information deliverables, including ad-hoc and production reports.
  • Build and maintain databases and data structures to support MIS and end-user computing.
  • Diagnose and resolve data integrity issues, ensuring robust data security, recoverability, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Implement and monitor network security, software upgrades, and routine backups to safeguard business operations.
  • Proactively research tools and processes to identify and address emerging trends and challenges.
  • Make critical decisions in throughput analysis, problem-solving, and infrastructure planning to support business transactions.
  • Participate in IT projects to continually improve and upgrade our technology infrastructure.
  • Contribute positively to daily workflow with regular, punctual attendance and professional communication.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in programming and system support.
  • Working knowledge of programming theory and languages (SQL, C#, VB.NET, Crystal Reports).
  • Experience developing Windows and web applications (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET).
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to solve problems with professionalism and patience.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Mathematical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • College degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with JavaScript, C++, Great Plains/Dynamics, SSIS, Scribe, or other data conversion software.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, DOS, Windows XP, Outlook.
  • Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL database administration.
  • Familiarity with MVC frameworks and web services.
  • Experience with general office procedures and equipment.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 72,600 - 121,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
