“Recruit for today and tomorrow,” is the motto of the APAC Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (TA CoE), created in the year of 2020 in the context of the APAC HR Transformation.As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s talent acquisition strategy. This role requires expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, enhancing direct sourcing techniques, leveraging referral programs, and championing relevant projects.
Conduct in-take meetings with Hiring Manager and HRBP to understand job requirements and agree on the search direction and strategy.
Manage the complete life cycle of the recruitment process, including active sourcing, candidate selection, shortlisting, offer management, and pre-onboarding.
Ensure consistent and quality candidate experiences across all levels of hiring.
Proactively provide data-led market insights for Hiring Managers’ understanding and advise effective and appropriate hiring solutions.
Support Fresh graduate program, student internship, campus recruitment, and career fair activities.
Take part in employer branding activities and other ad hoc projects.
Holds a Bachelor's Degree.
Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
Excellent command of English to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
Ability to communicate and present at all levels of the organization
