Role:  APAC Pursuits Manager / Bids Manager 

Location:  Manila, Philippines

 

About the role: 

We are looking for a strong, highly motivated Bids Manager to manage the operational sales process for new business opportunities at OLIVER. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the RFIs, RFPs and presentation development processes, alongside the new business team. You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders of various levels of seniority to drive the project plan to execute high-quality, winning documents on time and to the specifications of our prospects and clients. 

 

What you will be doing:  

  • Creating, enforcing, and publishing new business project plans, RACI’s and timelines when responding to RFIs, RFPs and presentations to prospective clients  
  • Working directly with sales leaders, solution leads, delivery teams, strategy, marketing, finance, legal, and creative teams to deliver new business opportunities 
  • Managing the production of RFPs & presentation process from kick-off to submission, including scheduling team meetings, check-ins, follow-ups 
  • Helping engage resources throughout the business of all levels 
  • Gathering appropriate content for proposal use and helping to maintain repository of RFP responses and reusable content  
  • Recording and managing pitch budgets and cost estimates  
  • Conducting wash ups for every pitch and sharing learnings 
  • Other duties as needed 

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience  
  • Experience working in digital marketing, media or ad-tech industries  
  • Experience with RFPs and their general sales cycle preferable 
  • Working in a sales ecosystem for a marketing firm is a strong plus  
  • Ability to manage upward confidently and with authority 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
  • Excellence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Microsoft Teams  
  • Proficiency with Salesforce a strong plus  
  • Proficiency with Project management tools and concepts  
  • Strong editorial skills a plus 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Comfortable working in a time pressured environment, and thrives on overcoming challenges. 
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical.
