Job Description Summary

As an AP Senior Analyst within our Global Occupier Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions across our global portfolio. You will be responsible for managing complex invoice workflows, resolving payment queries, and driving process improvements. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all AP-related emails are processed and responded to within agreed SLAs

  • Log, validate, and process high volumes of invoices accurately

  • Match invoices to recurring payments based on lease data and contractual terms

  • Proactively chase landlords and suppliers for expected or missing invoices

  • Download and manage invoices from supplier and government portals

  • Liaise with suppliers, managing agents, and third parties to resolve invoice queries and obtain legal documentation

  • Support internal and external SOC audits with relevant documentation and insights

  • Follow up with suppliers and landlords for year-end reconciliation and balancing invoices

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance AP efficiency and accuracy

  • Mentor junior AP team members and support knowledge sharing across the team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or finance operations

  • Strong IT literacy, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or above)

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

  • Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset

  • Ability to think creatively and challenge existing processes for improvement

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment

  • Experience supporting audits and working with cross-functional teams
