- Process remittance transactions and loan repayments for group business.
- Work with plans and TPA’s to resolve payroll issues.
- Research and respond to requests and discuss options regarding payroll issues and overall respond to basic procedures and processing.
- Efficiently access and able to work on multiple electronic systems.
- Work always to enhance and strengthen the relationship between the customer and our insurance clients.
- Able to meet SLA’s guidelines.
- DXC associates are expected to perform these responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal and quality service skills.
Mandatory qualifications:
- High school diploma is required as minimum degree (diploma needs to be provided).
- 1-2 years of Life Insurance and Annuities experience is required.
- Understanding of insurance products as well as administrative, claims, underwriting and marketing organizations is required.
- Insurance/Life/Annuity customer service experience is mandatory (this position is NOT a call center; however great customer service skills are required).
- Employment is contingent upon successfully completing required background checks and drug screenings, as mandated by client onboarding requirements. Candidates must be willing to comply with all such pre-employment screening processes, and employment is conditioned to successfully clearing all required checks

Work Environment:
- This position is fully remote within the United States only
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire. The company does not provide sponsorship and cannot consider candidates on work visas or requiring future sponsorship
- Laptop will be provided
- Training: On the job training
- Regular work shift: Monday – Friday, core business hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm EST (8 hours shift)
