REQ14160 Analyst, Technical Operations (Open)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will work as a part of operations team to perform project implementation and daily operations support of the company’s global enterprise server deployment.
Candidate will perform general configuration management, SW upgrades, optimization of all enterprise server environment, integration and problem isolation/troubleshooting of large-scale global enterprise server platform.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide global enterprise IT 24x7 server and storage operations support
- Perform daily monitoring, analysis and administration of technology operations
- Responsible to administer integrated technology environment including Windows server, SAN storage, VMware, MS-SQL, Microsoft AD and Exchange
- Follow and maintain standards and practices on documentations and operations
- Perform hands-on trouble shooting, setup and configuration of Windows server and it’s underlying technologies
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 3+ years experiences in Enterprise server environment with 2 years of system integration exposure
- Experience in high-availability productions and disaster recovery architectures
- Possess support experience with Windows servers, AD, Exchange, VMWare, SAN Storage, MS-SQL technologies
- Gaming and entertainment industry exposure an added advantage
Education
- Possess diploma academic or relevant professional qualifications
- Preferred MCSA/MCSE certification
