Our Regional and Agribusiness Banking (RAB) team supports the financial wellbeing of regional communities across Australia. With more than 70 centres nationwide, we work closely with Agribusiness and Commercial clients, partnering with them as they grow and navigate change. Your impact starts here
As an Analyst, you’ll play a key role within our Agribusiness and Commercial Banking team. Working alongside Relationship Executives and Bankers, you’ll help assess opportunities, support complex deals, and contribute to strong, well‑considered credit outcomes.
You’ll be involved in financial modelling and credit analysis, preparing credit submissions, supporting deal execution, and completing annual reviews. Just as importantly, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to high‑quality portfolios and build deep credit capability in a supportive, experienced team.
What we’re looking for
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financials, asks the right questions and wants to keep learning.
You’ll bring essential experience as a Credit Analyst or Accountant, along with strong financial analysis and commercial judgement. Experience preparing credit submissions, reviews or reports will set you up well, as will the ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders. Exposure to Agribusiness or Commercial Banking is highly regarded, and a qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce or Accounting is preferred.
