Summary:
As the Analyst, Quality, you will be responsible for document control within QC, ensuring all procedures, work instructions, and form updates comply with quality management system requirements.
Supervise and coordinate the execution and inspection of incoming material tests; assist in monitoring the quality of raw and packaging materials to ensure necessary adjustments; and maintain supporting documentation and records to achieve high product quality
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate and manage the activities of inspection and testing raw material and packaging material.
Responsible for control test & report test of raw and packaging materials, especially for quality according to meet the standard requirement.
Responsible and set continually updating quality and control test methods to ensure the maximum use of equipment.
Work closely with relation department to make sure the control quality process is achieved within the target and requirement.
Work closely with the supplier to make sure the raw material & packaging material meet within the target and standard requirement.
Prepare quality system in QC Incoming department according to meet the standard requirement (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OSHAS), PSRE and SOAR.
Update and distribute all specifications and workmanship standards related to raw and packaging material
Supervise and are responsible for developing human resources in his/her working area to have an excellent and competent employee and create a conducive of working conditions based on company culture.
Supervise and implement 5S and SHE program for subordinates in his/her working area to minimize working accidents.
Prepare Finish Goods Certificate of Analysis and coordinate with related team to ensure the validity of the CoA reported
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Chemistry or any related field
Minimum 1 – 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Chemical Field/ Natural Science
