Position Summary
The Production Analyst supports the Production team in achieving regional and client performance goals through data analysis, KPI tracking, and operational reporting. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, monitor performance, and surface actionable insights that improve efficiency, quality, and resource utilization. The Production Analyst works closely with Production Managers, Directors, and cross-functional partners to support data-driven decision-making and develop client-facing deliverables in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Research, track, and monitor client and regional commitments, goals, and expectations
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and performance drivers
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure production and quality goals are on track
• Use data and analysis to proactively identify risks and potential performance issues
• Create reports and analysis to support operational and business decision-making
• Partner with Production Managers, Network, and Operation teams on cross-functional initiatives
• Assist in the development of client-facing deliverables based on data analysis and findings
• Respond to data requests and inquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely manner
• Support process improvement efforts through data-driven insights and recommendations
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in an analyst, operations, production, or data support role
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Ability to analyze and interpret operational metrics and performance data
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and support shared priorities
• Ability to travel occasionally, as needed
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology organizations
• Experience supporting production, operations, capacity, or resource management functions
• Experience writing and optimizing queries (e.g., SQL or similar querying tools)
• Familiarity with KPI development, reporting best practices, and dashboard creation
• Experience developing client-facing reports, presentations, or deliverables

The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $40.90This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
