We are seeking an analyst to join our high-performing team which writes periodic performance reports on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions and their underlying loans and properties. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and writing skills who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You’ll be joining a very experienced team, yet one that is very entrepreneurial, so the ability to take initiative and be inquisitive is a key to long-term success in the role.

Total Cash Compensation Range
$71,500.00 - 96,000.00 USD AnnualInclusive of annual base salary and target incentive

These investments will be reviewed to ensure they meet Code of Ethics requirements. If any conflicts of interest are identified, then you will be required to liquidate those holdings immediately. If this applies and your account(s) are not with an approved broker, you will be required to move your holdings to an approved broker.
