Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [ Analyst, IT Operations ] located in [Shanghai 上海嘉定].

The Analyst, IT Operations role is a senior individual contributor position responsible for leading site-level IT operations while remaining hands-on in critical technical areas. The role covers network architecture design and operations, IT infrastructure management, policy and compliance adherence, and technical escalation. In addition, the position leads site or regional IT projects and coordinates small or virtual teams, reporting directly to the Site IT Manager.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

• Lead and perform daily IT operations covering network, infrastructure, and enterprise systems to ensure service availability, stability, and performance.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex IT incidents involving network, systems, and infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain site-level network architecture, including LAN, WAN, and wireless environments.
• Ensure network designs and changes align with global IT architecture standards and security requirements.
• Plan and coordinate system upgrades, patching, and infrastructure improvements while minimizing business disruption.
• Participate in and, where applicable, lead site-level audits, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Act as project lead or technical lead for site-level or regional IT infrastructure and operations projects.

Here is some of what you’ll need:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or network-related roles, preferably in a manufacturing or enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with network architecture design and operations (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and security concepts).
• Solid understanding of IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Ability to lead site-level or regional projects and coordinate small or virtual teams without direct people management.
