Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication).
- Maintain and audit ATS/HRIS records to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
- Build and sustain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus/community outreach.
- Generate and present recruiting reports and dashboards (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics).
- Coordinate interview logistics, including onsite visits where required.
- Assist with onboarding handoffs and hiring documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR operations, or sourcing.
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational ability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
- Knowledge of recruiting metrics and basic dashboarding tools (Power BI).
- Exposure to campus or high-volume/CPG hiring; DE&I sourcing experience is a plus.
