Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions (sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication).
  • Maintain and audit ATS/HRIS records to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Build and sustain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus/community outreach.
  • Generate and present recruiting reports and dashboards (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics).
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including onsite visits where required.
  • Assist with onboarding handoffs and hiring documentation.
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve conversion rates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR operations, or sourcing.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems and basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational ability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday or similar ATS platforms.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and basic dashboarding tools (Power BI).
  • Exposure to campus or high-volume/CPG hiring; DE&I sourcing experience is a plus.
