Reporting to Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring imported materials are delivered to the plant on time.
Ensuring exported materials are delivered to customers on time.
Reducing declaration errors within target and complying with China Customs regulations.
25% of time: Import/export clearance (进出口单证申报).
30% of time: Checking Customs system data accuracy, batch file processing, and developing automated logistic reports.
30% of time: Maintaining Customs system operations, resolving issues, and monitoring vendor performance.
15% of time: Attending Customs regulation, declaration error, and supply chain security training.
College degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of working experience in logistics, familiar with Customs and CIQ regulations and processes.
Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
Adequate computer skills.
Good English skill.
CIQ license and ERP knowledge preferred.
