Reviews and cleans raw data sets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal and external standards.
Develops reports and dashboards to communicate findings clearly and support performance tracking.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize data collection processes and drive continuous improvement in reporting workflows.
Monitors changes in health and safety regulations to ensure reporting remains compliant with applicable requirements.
Identifies opportunities to automate manual data processes to improve efficiency and reporting reliability.
Follows established company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and industry regulations.
Participates in storm restoration tasks and assigned drills to contribute to the safe and reliable recovery of services.
Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations and qualifications to support team goals and operational flexibility.
Additional Job Description:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
Experience
3 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, business strategic support (interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, forecast, statistical results) and other analytical functions.
Experience in HSE or utilities is preferred.
Competencies (Skills)
Interpret large datasets to identify trends that support decision-making.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
