Purpose of the Role

To provide short-term operational support to HR Operations by ensuring accurate regulatory reporting, supporting work pass administration, and HR data integrity, in line with local statutory and compliance requirements. This is an execution-focused role with no strategic or people-management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory & Compliance Support

  • Regulatory reporting requirements by compiling and validating employee data

  • Ensure HR records comply with local statutory and regulatory requirements

Work Pass / Immigration Administration Support

  • Track work pass status, expiry dates, and outstanding documentation

  • Liaise with employees and internal HR stakeholders on immigration requirements

HR Operations & Case management Support

  • Perform HR data updates with strong attention to controls, accuracy, and confidentiality

  • Support HR operational enquiries via Workday.

Job Requirements:

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or Work Pass/Immigration support

  • Exposure to a regulated environment (e.g. financial services) is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

  • Good organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines and trackers

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently with defined SOPs and escalation paths

Systems & Tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

  • Prior experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday or equivalent) is a plus

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
