Analyst – Acquisition Finance NL & DACH

We are seeking an Analyst to join the Acquisition Finance NL & DACH team within Wholesale Banking. As the primary administrative point of contact, you will oversee all admin-related tasks for a portfolio of clients, including onboarding and review processes. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, supporting the team by facilitating deals and ensuring smooth operational flow.

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for Acquisition Finance across the NL & DACH regions, collaborating with colleagues across functions to deliver operational excellence. Roles and responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for the NL & DACH portfolio internally and externally and overseeing E2E administration in alignment with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with colleagues and processing teams to meet deadlines, monitoring progress to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Keep records up-to-date for all deal cases, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on required actions and approvals.
  • Support client control for Capital Markets transactions, coordinating administration when ING is Agent or Fronting Bank.
  • Prepare management reports, identify process bottlenecks, and help clean up inactive clients and improve data quality.
  • Provide insights into policy development and process optimization, serving as a resource for rules and internal procedures.
  • Offer guidance and training to team members on administrative and product topics, ensuring consistent and smooth processes.

  • Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations, policies, processes, and local legal requirements, especially those impacting Acquisition Finance NL & DACH.
