The Role
Responsável por executar atividades relacionadas aos serviços do Data Center, com foco em tarefas de baixa complexidade.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Executar atividades operacionais conforme procedimentos estabelecidos;
Acompanhar, em tempo integral, atividades realizadas por terceiros nos ambientes de TI do Data Center e salas técnicas, incluindo tarefas de TI ou não, que exigem poucos detalhes técnicos;
Relatar todas as atividades executadas ou acompanhadas;
Detectar e reportar desvios na execução das atividades;
Auxiliar no planejamento e controle do fluxo de requisições de serviço e demandas operacionais;
Realizar rondas, vistorias e inventários nos ambientes do Data Center, salas técnicas e estoque;
Apoiar na documentação de procedimentos, processos, dashboards, controles e apresentações relacionados à operação.

Requisitos Técnicos e Profissionais Necessários:
Curso técnico completo ou superior em andamento;
Conhecimentos básicos em TI e microinformática;
Habilidade básica de leitura em inglês;
Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial em Mogi Mirim ou São Paulo;
Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos e em escalas semanais;
Inglês básico.
Desejável:
Superior em andamento ou completo;
Inglês intermediário.
