Summary
The AMS Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the ATM Managed Services (AMS) business in the Philippine market. This role involves identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities in the AMS space while ensuring flawless service execution and capability building across the country. The candidate will partner closely with Market Unit leaders and regional sales teams, serving as a business leader with deep expertise in the ATM or related industries.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Establish effective business development partnerships with leaders and
management teams of banks and financial institutions across the Philippines.
• Act as a business leader in the AMS market to identify the Total Addressable Market (TAM) and define the Target Market for the company.
• Position Brink’s as a leading AMS provider in the Philippines through customer
engagement and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to:
• Develop and execute business plans and country-specific growth strategies
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty across all engagement
Minimum Qualifications
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in the ATM or allied industry (domestic and/or international).
• Proven ability to develop, negotiate, and close large, complex AMS deals.
• Expertise in solution selling methodologies.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
