Alternatives Valuation Services – Real Estate – Senior Associate

Our Alternative Valuation Services practice is growing, and we’re looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Our Alternative Valuation Services practice (AVS) comprises a team of talented professionals coming from various horizons including Advisory and Audit Lines of Services. They all share the same passion for delivering superior financial advisory to clients. 

With a team dedicated to real estate, collateralized debt and renewable infrastructure projects, we are part of PwC award-winning Advisory and Assurance services in Luxembourg. We provide our clients with tailor-made solutions in the Alternative Industry including valuation, valuation review, market insight and general consulting for management companies, institutional investors, and local companies. 

Your mission 

As a Senior within AVS, your responsibilities will be to carry out various valuation reviews of the underlying assets with a focus on Real Estate, Infrastructure and Collateralised Debt as well as various advisory assignments across the industries of Alternatives such as valuation, process implementation and review, data analytics and benchmarking, risk management and portfolio management support or general consulting. As a Senior, you will also have a role in coaching and managing advisors and trainees in their day-to-day work. 

• Professional experience of minimum 2 years in audit, valuation or corporate finance assignments gained at a Consulting firm, an Investment Bank or within a large corporation; 

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills;

• Strong communication skills;

• Perfect command of spoken and written English;

• French or German is an asset, and additional language would be considered as a plus;

• Excellent academic background;

• Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, autonomous and enjoying working in a multi-cultural environment;

• Willing to learn and flexibility;

• IT knowledge is an asset;

• Professional qualification in progress (CFA, CAIA, ACA, RICS…) is a plus.
