Who we are looking for:

We are looking for candidates who are interested in building a career in ETF servicing and fund operations. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and eager to learn the ETF operational lifecycle in a fast‑paced, control‑driven environment.

ETF servicing requires high accuracy, strong controls, and strict adherence to delivery timelines. As an ETF Associate 1, you play a foundational role in supporting daily ETF operational processes and data checks.

Your work directly contributes to the quality, timeliness, and reliability of ETF deliverables provided to our clients. This role is critical in ensuring that standard processes are executed correctly and that potential issues are identified and escalated early.

What you will be responsible for:

As an ETF Associate 1, you will perform routine operational tasks under supervision, including:

• Support daily ETF operational activities, including ETF basket processing, ETF order support and standard reporting.
• Perform data validations, reconciliations, and basic controls checks in accordance with documented procedures.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Identify exceptions or discrepancies and escalate them promptly to senior team members.
• Assist with documentation updates, process walkthroughs and basic testing activities.
• Support new fund onboarding or process changes as assigned.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above
• 0–2 years of experience in financial services operations (fresh graduates welcome)
• Basic understanding of ETF fund operations is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
