  • Ensure consistent oversight of contractor incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions

  • Drive alignment between company and contractor leadership on safety culture, behaviours, and risk ownership

  • Influence contractor selection, contracting models, and execution strategies to reduce risk and improve safety outcomes across operating and project work

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and standards

  • Lead initiatives to reduce environmental footprint and support sustainability goals

  • Oversee environmental risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

  • Partner with Midstream Operations, Engineering, Projects, and Supply Chain to embed safety into daily operations, projects, contracting strategies, and execution plans

What You'll Bring:

  • Knowledge of how organizations operating in multiple jurisdictions manage safety regulations, occupational health standards, and safety management systems

  • Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering measurable improvements in Safety performance

  • Commitment to inclusion, integrity, and continuous improvement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health or closely related field required, Master’s degree preferred

  • CSRP/CSP certification and/or other safety role relevant certifications

Why Join:
