Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en HSE en milieu industriel (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Saint-Martin (Toulouse).

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 3 personnes au sein du département « 1YYQ » en charge de la santé, la sécurité du domaine et du maintien de la certification ISO 14001 dans le secteur Airbus Avionics. Cet apprentissage consistera à : améliorer durablement la culture Safety et Environnement (HSE) au sein du domaine Systèmes Avioniques et Simulation (1YY) en optimisant les processus de prévention et de communication opérationnelle.

Cet apprentissage débutera à la rentrée scolaire 2026 pour une durée de 2 ans.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Encadré(e) par votre tuteur(trice), vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :

• Pilotage de la sécurité bâtimentaire : Définir et optimiser le suivi sécurité des infrastructures en déployant des tours de terrain HSE spécifiques au secteur tertiaire.

• Support opérationnel à la production : Participer activement aux routines HSE du secteur production pour garantir la conformité des processus industriels.

• Onboarding et Sensibilisation : Assurer l'accueil sécurité des nouveaux arrivants en dispensant des formations de sensibilisation et l'accueil au poste de travail.

• Communication et Digitalisation HSE : Piloter la communication interne du domaine via la mise à jour des supports d'affichage et l'administration du site intranet dédié à la Santé, Sécurité et Environnement.

• Amélioration Continue : Suivre et mener des actions correctives et préventives en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe HSE centrale

Compétences & Prérequis :
 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de l'Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement (HSE).

Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :

• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, solutions collaboratives).

• Solide culture HSE et connaissance des systèmes industriels.

• Excellentes capacités relationnelles et facilité de communication.

• Force de proposition et autonomie dans la gestion de projets d'amélioration.

Compétences linguistiques :
Français : Courant
Anglais : Intermédiaire

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice in HSE in an industrial environment (m/f)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft at its Saint-Martin (Toulouse) site.

You will join a team of 3 people within the "1YYQ" department in charge of Health and Safety for the domain and maintaining ISO 14001 certification within the Airbus Avionics sector. This apprenticeship will consist of: Improving the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) culture within the Avionics Systems and Simulation (1YY) domain by optimizing prevention processes and operational communication.

This apprenticeship will start at the 2026 school year for a duration of 2 years.

This position requires a security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities

Tasks and responsibilities:

Supervised by your tutor, you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:

• Building Safety Monitoring: Define and optimize safety tracking for infrastructures by deploying HSE field tours specifically for the tertiary sector.

• Operational Production Support: Actively participate in the HSE routines of the production sector to ensure the compliance of industrial processes.

• Onboarding and Awareness: Manage the safety integration of new arrivals by providing awareness training and workstation-specific inductions.

• HSE Communication and Digitalization: Lead internal domain communication by updating display boards and managing the Health, Safety, and Environment intranet site.

• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and execute HSE corrective and preventive actions in close collaboration with the central HSE team.

Skills & Prerequisites:

You will join a Master’s degree (BAC +5) level training in the field of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).

You have the following knowledge and skills:

• Mastery of IT tools (Office Suite, collaborative solutions).

• Solid HSE culture and knowledge of industrial systems.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ease of communication.

• Proactive approach and autonomy in managing improvement projects.

Language skills:

French : Fluent

English : Basic

Depending on the offers, you may be required to travel.
