Job Summary:
The Value Delivery function within Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) is responsible for helping clients maximize the value of their Aladdin investment through deep workflow expertise, data driven insights, and hands-on partnership across functional stakeholders at enterprise clients.
As part of the ACE organization, you will serve as a consultative partner, bridging client needs with Aladdin’s capabilities, while also acting as a culture carrier and team multiplier within ACE. You will oversee strategic client initiatives, drive adoption of Aladdin functionality, and ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes aligned to their business and investment objectives—balancing continuous learning of new tools, processes, and operating models with highquality client engagement and people leadership.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate/Vice President to join our Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) team in support of our growth in the Asia Pacific region. The role will play a pivotal role in bolstering execution of regional client initiatives with scale, while actively contributing to team development, cultural cohesion, and talent growth within APAC ACE.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Value Delivery
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Front Office, Trading & Operations, and/or Private Markets, helping translate business priorities into actionable Aladdin solutions. Identify opportunities to deepen adoption, improve workflow efficiency, and unlock commercial value. Lead or contribute to strategic client change programs leveraging deep handson expertise in Aladdin and/or eFront to drive measurable business impact.
Industry and Workflow Expertise
Provide thought leadership across the investment lifecycle, drawing on global engagement patterns and industry best practices. Partner with clients to diagnose workflows and identify opportunities for optimization and commercial product adoption, while continuously building personal capability across new tools, data structures, and evolving operating models.
Client Relationship Engagement & Governance
Partner with sales teams to align Value Delivery strategy with multiyear client roadmaps. Proactively track and surface client sentiment, adoption trends, and escalations. Support Aladdin governance models through ongoing bookofwork reviews and strategic relationship engagements, balancing delivery execution with thoughtful relationship management and stakeholder communication.
Product & Innovation Advocacy
Serve as a client liaison to evolve Aladdin product roadmap priorities and accelerate impactful delivery for APAC markets. Educate clients on Aladdin capabilities and provide structured feedback loops, while demonstrating adaptability and curiosity in learning new product capabilities, workflows, and delivery approaches.
Team, Culture, and Capability Development
Contribute actively to building a strong, inclusive, and high-performance ACE culture in APAC. Support the development of junior team members through knowledge sharing, coaching, and role modeling. Demonstrate the ability to balance individual delivery accountability with team level outcomes, helping ACE scale through collaboration, shared standards, and continuous improvement
