Airline Fleet Technical Management Engineer

We are looking for an Airline FTM Engineer to join our CAE Parc Airline Technical Services Department in New Zealand. Your primary responsibilities will involve upholding the airworthiness, reliability, and safety standards across our different projects. You will also work towards streamlining maintenance operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates. Your role will entail project assignments across our department, where you will be dedicated to delivering efficient and tailored solutions for each of our valued clients. Essential

Duties and Responsibilities

•Assess ADs, SBs and other Regulatory/OEM documents to ensure aircraft comply withthe applicable maintenance and airworthiness requirements as per the customer CAMOteam requests

•Engineering orders drafting and validation

•Enter the maintenance requirements in the IT Maintenance Management System

•Ensure aircraft data import in the maintenance management system has been completedappropriately and address no non-compliances.

•Executing various projects as assigned by the Fleet Technical Management Leader .

Key requirements of the role

The ideal candidate will have:

•2 years+ in technical roles in Airline’s Technical Services or CAMO

•Technical Knowledge of the Boeing or Airbus aircraft

•Knowledge of Regulations (EC) No. 2018/1139, (EU) No. 748/2012, (EU) No. 1321/2014, and (EU) No. 965/2012 and related regulations and procedures.

•Experience working with AMOS, Trax, SAP or Alkym.

•Excellent English

•Ability to simplify complex processes and write procedures

•Ability to communicate data / KPI based results.

•Technical knowledge and experience with python as programming language.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

•Airbus and Boeing Gen Fam Courses.

•Self-motivated and efficient either.

•Willing to travel when required.

•Flexible approach to work.

•Excellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technicalinstructions.

•Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word andPowerPoint.

•Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time andmake decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.

•Willing to learn new technical knowledge and adapt those new concepts to businesssolution
