We are now building our Silicon Valley engineering team — a small, senior group focused on next-generation AI research and product.
What you'll do
• Work embedded in the AI engineering team on a scoped project: RAG pipeline optimization, agentic workflow tooling, model evaluation infrastructure, or LLM integration.
• Write production-quality Python; contribute code that goes into the codebase.
• Run experiments, document results with data, and present findings to the team.
• Own a pipeline or feature end-to-end, contribute to production systems, and operate with higher independence.
What we require
• Enrolled in or recently completed a BS or MS in Computer Science, ML, or related field at an accredited university. Strong GPA required.
• Prior built AI systems — coursework alone is not sufficient. GitHub portfolio, research, hackathon, or prior internship with shipped AI work required.
• Working knowledge of Python and at least one LLM framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent).
• 1–2 years of post-degree or equivalent industry experience; demonstrated ability to ship production AI systems.
• Authorized to work in the US without current or future employer sponsorship. No OPT/CPT arrangements sponsored.
