Job Overview:
The Staffing Operations Supervisor leads a high-performing team responsible for staffing court appearances by matching attorneys to hearings nationwide. This role blends team leadership, recruiting, and inside sales to ensure fast, profitable, and reliable coverage.
You’ll coach a team, drive performance metrics, and improve processes—all while ensuring client needs are met in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 Coverage Specialists in a high-volume environment
- Drive performance against key metrics including fill rate, margin, and coverage success
- Translate recruiting and sales strategies into repeatable team processes
- Set clear goals (OKRs) and track individual and team performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and take action
- Manage escalations with sound judgment and a solutions-focused approach
- Partner with Sales and Operations to align on staffing priorities and client needs
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, quality, and efficiency
- Maintain oversight of cancellations, coverage gaps, and approval workflows
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, inside sales, or operations
- Experience leading or mentoring team members in a performance-driven environment
- Strong sales and recruiting skills, including negotiation and objection handling
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and act on insights
- Proven ability to build and scale repeatable processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams
- Highly organized, self-sufficient, and accountable

Pay Range: $63,000-$75,000-based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday-with a start time of 6am, In Person in our Longmont, CO Office.
