AI/LLM Engineer

Who you will join

You will be a part of our AI Squad. Surrounded by AI Engineers and Developers, you will work within a team of approximately 10 people. Currently, we are working on two projects. The first one is a retrieval-augmented generation powered chatbot, and the second one is about creating AI agents for the automation of processes.

What you will work on

• Design and development: you will write the code that powers the solution, using Python on a Cloud platform infrastructure.

• Integration: it is also necessary to connect the solution to different platforms and integrate it with other systems.

• Training: you will use training data to improve the AI and LLM solution outputs.

• Testing: the AI solution performance has to be tested continuously, and all the bugs or issues have to be solved, and that will also be your task.

• Monitoring and optimization: after deployment, it is also needed to monitor the solution´s interactions with users, gather feedback, and make iterative improvements.

What we expect from you

• A strong background in the area of machine learning techniques.

• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation techniques.

• Experience working with various methods for OCR.

• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks.

• The basic tech stack you are proficient at is: Python, Azure, Open AI.

• A product-centric approach with a strong ownership of your tasks.

• Advanced English proficiency required for working in an international environment.

What is the hiring process with us like

Once we receive your application, including your CV in English with your contact details (phone number and email address), Petra, our Talent Acquisition Partner, will review it carefully.

If your profile matches the role, Petra will reach out for a brief phone conversation to share more about the position and learn about your experience and expectations. If the role isn’t the right fit, we’ll still provide feedback.

The selection process usually includes two interview rounds, most often held online, as well as a case study. If an in‑person meeting is needed, we’ll let you know in advance.

In the first round, you’ll meet Petra and Marek, Principal AI Engineer. If the first interview goes well, we’ll send you a case study to complete within one week. After that, we’ll schedule the second round, a technical interview with Karel, AI and Automation Manager, and senior team members, where you’ll present your case study and discuss it together with the team.
