Description
The AI Transformation Leader inspires the adoption and value realization of AI projects across the organization. You will be a strategic consultant and product owner for AI use cases, ensuring measurable growth and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid position that can sit out of any Rockwell location.
You will report to Sr Manager, Digital Customer Experience and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish Return on investment Metrics: Define return-on-investment (Return on investment) metrics for all AI use cases to ensure value and accountability.
- AI Adoption Consulting is an internal consultant to process owners, product owners, and other partners. It provides expert guidance on AI use case adoption, technology selection, development options, requirements definition, and best practices.
- Product Ownership: Serve as Product Owner for identified AI use cases, overseeing requirements definition, development interface, requirements testing, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Coordination: Coordinate activities across multiple development organizations, including IT, Technology & Innovation (T&I), subcontractors, and other partners to ensure seamless execution of AI projects.
- Innovation Leadership: Collaborate with enterprise technology leads and act as the LCS Technology Stake AI improvement lead, shaping and implementing the AI vision.
- Low-Code Agent Development: Evaluate options and work with the low-code agent development team within LCS to accelerate AI solution delivery.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- The ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- 5+ years of experience in business processes/ product management or similar
- Experience with AI technologies, development options, and the ability to guide technology selection and implementation.
- Experience aligning AI projects with organizational goals, ensuring measurable value and Return on investment.
- Experienced with managing projects involving multiple partners and technical domains.
- Experience working in diverse, multicultural settings and understanding global goals.
