JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous QA Engineer, who will be responsible for testing all requirements for our leader communications.  The incumbent will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python, Pandas, and either Java or Node.js. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in prompt engineering, experience with OCR technologies like Google Document AI, and a solid understanding of large language models (LLMs) and OpenAI specifications. Familiarity with cloud platforms and MCP Server is a plus.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize prompts for AI/LLM-driven applications.
• Develop scalable backend and data processing workflows using Python and Pandas.
• Build and maintain services using Java or Node.js as part of a microservices architecture.
• Integrate OCR functionality using Google Document AI or similar.
• Work with LLMs and OpenAI APIs to deliver AI-powered features.
• Deploy and manage solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• (Optional) Utilize MCP Server features as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 4 - 7 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on skills in Python, Pandas, and either Java or Node.js.
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.
• Familiarity with OCR tools such as Google Document AI.
• Working knowledge of OpenAI specifications and APIs.
• Proficient in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good to have: experience with MCP Server.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in fine arts/ design

EXPERIENCE

• 4 – 7 years of experience in the field of design including internal and corporate communications
• Experience in the marketing/communication department of organizations/agencies
