None/Not RequiredWe are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to support our digital transformation initiatives with a focus on AI operations, cloud development, and AI solution support.
In this role, you will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and day to day operations of internal AI capabilities.Working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and running effectively for internal engineers and business users.
**This is a hybrid position in Puerto Rico**
What YOU will do:
Partner with diverse teams across the organization to ensure the seamless integration and successful delivery of solutions, adhering to SAFe's collaborative ethos.
Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering seamless collaboration across SAFe teams.
Enhance DevOps methodologies and AIOps strategies, championing containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects and initiatives, considering the broader implications within the SAFe context.
Develop and support integration strategies with existing enterprise systems.
Collaborate with AI engineers and business stakeholders.
Ensure AI solution scalability, security, and compliance.
Enable efficient deployment of AI solutions by internal AI engineers.
Ensure solutions meet the needs of business users across the enterprise through proactive issue identification and collaboration.
Qualifications YOU Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree/
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Experience in IT, cloud operations, software development, or similar technical roles.
At least two years experience with AWS/Azure services.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, automation tools).
Understanding of AI/ML applications and their components.
Strong, demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, AWS SAM, etc.).
Exposure to AIOps concepts and monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, etc).
Experience with Databricks or similar Data Science platforms.
Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments.
Exposure to XR technologies (Unity/Unreal/AR/VR).
