New York, New York Full time

Position Overview

At Apollo, we are a global team of alternative investment managers passionate about delivering uncommon value to our investors and shareholders. With over 30 years of proven expertise across Private Equity, Credit, and Real Assets in various regions and industries, we are known for our integrated businesses, our strong investment performance, our value-oriented philosophy, and our people.

We are seeking a forward-deployed AI Solutions Analyst to embed within our Enterprise Solutions - Corporate Engineering function and serve as a hands-on problem solver and AI architect, helping our Human Capital, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Enterprise Risk partners identify, design, and deploy AI solutions that meaningfully change how work gets done. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and applied AI - equal parts trusted advisor, practitioner, and change agent. You will help senior leaders understand and adopt AI capabilities, translate operational challenges into well-scoped AI use cases, and shepherd those use cases from concept through deployment. You will partner daily with Compliance professionals, product managers, and engineers, bringing working fluency in foundational and frontier models, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and AI co-work patterns - and the communication skills to make those concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted AI advisor to Human Capital, Legal, Compliance, Audit & Enterprise Risk partners - helping them identify high-value AI opportunities, navigate vendor and tooling options, and build durable adoption across their teams.

  • Translate complex business and regulatory workflows into well-scoped AI use cases; lead requirements definition and design in collaboration with Engineering and product teams.

  • Evaluate, prototype, and deploy AI-driven solutions across the Corporate Engineering landscape - including large language model (LLM) integrations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, agentic task automation, and custom GPT-style assistants.

  • Drive adoption of AI co-work patterns: help teams integrate Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and similar tools into day-to-day work and establish effective human-AI collaboration practices.

  • Serve as a subject matter resource on Azure AI fundamentals, API-based model access, and enterprise AI governance - translating vendor capabilities and limitations into actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Lead workshops, working sessions, and informal coaching on AI best practices, responsible use, and emerging work patterns for partner teams and senior leadership.

  • Partner with Engineering to develop and enhance workflow automations using KissFlow and adjacent platforms, ensuring AI components are reliable, auditable, and aligned to governance standards.

  • Support analysis, integration, and visualization of compliance data to surface insights and optimize business processes.

  • Maintain clear documentation of AI configurations, integration architectures, and governance processes; promote best practices in data management and control rationalization.

  • Contribute to the Corporate Engineering enterprise architecture strategy & multi-year technology roadmap, providing a point of view on AI capabilities, sequencing, and organizational readiness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in a technology, business analysis, AI implementation, or consulting role; financial services or Compliance experience strongly preferred.

  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and platforms - including foundational and frontier language models (e.g., Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini), RAG pipeline design, agentic coding frameworks, and customGPT or copilot-style assistants.

  • Familiarity with Azure AI fundamentals (Azure OpenAI Service, Document Intelligence) and the enterprise AI deployment landscape.

  • Proven ability to translate AI concepts and capabilities into business language for senior, non-technical audiences - including C-suite and Compliance leadership.

  • Experience leading or facilitating AI adoption initiatives: change management, best-practice rollouts, user coaching, and work-pattern redesign.

  • Strong business analysis skills: structured requirements gathering, process mapping, solution scoping, and stakeholder alignment across complex environments.

  • Familiarity with no-code/low-code workflow platforms (e.g., KissFlow, ServiceNow, Salesforce) and experience integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows.

  • Experience with AI governance, responsible use principles, SDLC, and platform change management practices.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; equally comfortable presenting to a Managing Director and pairing with an engineer.

  • Prior experience working in or with global financial institutions preferred.
