Thomson Reuters is seeking a motivated and adaptable AI Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your legal expertise to partner with Thomson Reuters state and local court customers, maximizing their utilization of our generative AI (GenAI) products and facilitating seamless integration into their workflows. You will play a key role in driving product adoption, ensuring customer success, and supporting revenue growth.
About the Role
In this opportunity as an AI Product Specialist, Courts, you will:
Support state and local court customers that have purchased a Thomson Reuters AI product; establish value and mitigate risk.
Drive post-sale product adoption and usage by understanding customer needs and demonstrating the value of Thomson Reuters' GenAI solutions.
Work closely with customers to troubleshoot their product issues, educate and reeducate on correct AI product selection and use, and help customers change their workflows to adopt and incorporate AI products within court processes.
Respond to incoming customer requests in a timely and effective manner
Proactively reach out to customers to drive ongoing engagement and satisfaction
Meet or exceed designated activity goals while driving revenue growth of assigned products
Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and product focus areas
Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention
Collaborate with customers and account teams to identify business needs and align them with appropriate Thomson Reuters product offerings, supporting revenue retention and growth.
Provide exceptional service and support to our state and local court stakeholders (e.g., judges, clerks, and court administrators), ensuring positive customer experiences.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Thomson Reuters' GenAI products, customer workflows, relevant use cases, and industry trends in the judiciary and government sector.
Accurately log, update, and maintain customer information and activity within our business systems.
About You
You are a fit for the role of AI Product Specialist, Courts, if you have:
Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
5+ years of professional legal experience preferred – experience working with state and local courts or government customers is strongly preferred.
Proven experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the legal technology industry.
Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product training and presentations to court and/or government personnel and leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Familiarity with Thomson Reuters CoCounsel and AI-Assisted Research products is a plus.
Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to evolving priorities and product focus areas.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve customer success.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate and up-to-date guidance
Experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators
Experienced with remote training technology, not limited to MS Teams, WebEx, Webcast, and remote access
