We are seeking an AI Product Manager to own the development, reliability, and adoption of
Merlin AI– Arbital’s intelligent analytics layer that turns complex healthcare data into real-time actuarial and operational insights through natural language. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, actuarial science, and customer-facing teams. You will translate ambiguous needs into clear AI workflows, shape how we architect LLM-driven reasoning, and ensure Merlin delivers trusted, high-leverage value for payers and providers.
This role is accountable for defining, validating, and driving the correctness, reliability, and adoption of Merlin in production in partnership with Engineering and Sciences.
