About the Role

TD SYNNEX is looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI and automation solutions across the enterprise.

This is a development-focused role centered on coding, prototyping, integrating, and delivering production-ready AI applications. While cross-team collaboration is key to successful delivery, the role remains strongly grounded in hands-on engineering and technical implementation.

Operating at the intersection of AI engineering and enterprise system integration, this role plays a key part in accelerating scalable, secure AI adoption across the organization.

About the Team

You will join the central AI function, acting as a cross-functional integration hub across AI Development, Data Practice, RMT, BPA, and other automation teams.

Our mission is to:

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI and automation solutions

• Rapidly prototype AI use cases and convert them into production-ready applications

• Build AI services, APIs, and integrations supporting enterprise workflows

• Integrate AI models into ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and other enterprise systems

• Develop reusable components, integration patterns, and shared services

• Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, scalability, and architecture standards

• Contribute to AI integration standards and technical best practices

• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to improve delivery speed and ROI

In This Role You Will

• Focus primarily on hands-on AI development and solution implementation

• Write production-grade Python code and build deployable AI services

• Translate business AI use cases into scalable working applications

• Integrate AI models into enterprise platforms and operational workflows

• Collaborate with AI, data, and automation teams across the organization

• Identify opportunities for technical reuse and shared architecture

• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise security and responsible AI guidelines

• Document solutions and support knowledge transfer across teams

Role Focus

• 65–70% Hands-on AI Development & Solution Building

• 20–25% Cross-team Integration & Collaboration

• 5–10% Standards, Architecture & Governance

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or AI-enabled system integration

• Strong development skills in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace)

• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs

• Solid understanding of data pipelines, orchestration, and system integration

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP a plus)

• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end AI solutions from concept to deployment

• Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles

• Familiarity with MLOps practices and AI lifecycle management

• Experience with low-code / no-code platforms (Power Platform, RPA) is a plus
