As part of this journey, you’ll join a team designing and delivering modern distributed systems; re‑engineering legacy workloads into contemporary cloud patterns; and solving complex integration challenges across secure, highly available enterprise platforms. We’re looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our growing Intelligent Automation team. In this role, you’ll design, build, and support AI-driven automation solutions that transform how our business, our people and customers communicate and operate.

Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… 

This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine business analysis, AI prompt engineering, and automation development to deliver meaningful, scalable outcomes.

At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include: 

  • Identify and design AI automation opportunities across the business
  • Build and deploy solutions using LLMs, Azure AI tools and automation platforms
  • Develop and optimise natural language prompts to maximise performance and minimise hallucinations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map processes and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Support and enhance existing automations, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement
  • Troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolutions in production environments

To be considered for this role you will have: 

  • Minimum 3 years experience developing automation solutions utilising Azure Document Intelligence, Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate, or similar automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical application
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A structured, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Relevant certification (e.g. Azure AI Engineer Associate) will be highly regarded, but not essential
