Role Overview
As an AI Engineer, you design, build, and deploy AI capabilities that advance our products and deliver measurable business outcomes. You work with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and cross‑functional partners to build scalable systems that support content personalization, audience analytics, creative optimization, and related use cases.
What You Do
Build AI solutions by designing and maintaining production‑ready systems that support media products.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Deploy and scale systems in production environments with a focus on reliability, performance, and global impact.
Improve models continuously using real‑world performance data and feedback loops.
Explore new approaches by researching AI and ML advancements and prototyping solutions that enhance our products.
Promote responsible AI by applying fairness, transparency, privacy, and compliance standards in every system you create.
What You Bring
Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A PhD is welcome but not required.
Strong Python skills with experience using LLM orchestration libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
Experience working with enterprise LLMs and their APIs, including understanding performance challenges and mitigation strategies.
Production experience building and integrating APIs, including RESTful API conventions and tools such as FastAPI.
Experience combining multiple techniques for improving LLM output quality, such as prompt engineering, multi‑agent orchestration, structured output validation, hybrid RAG, in‑context learning, and related methods.
Proficiency in document processing workflows, including text extraction, chunking, and embedding.
Experience monitoring and improving AI systems. Familiarity with tracing tools such as Arize, OpenTelemetry, or LangSmith is a plus.
Strong foundation in data science, including statistical methods and working with structured and unstructured data.

Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
The annual salary range for this position is $136,000 - $219,075. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
