The AI Enablement Specialist – TA will support the successful adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working within Talent Acquisition, with a specific focus in the move toward Agentic AI and AI Adoption. They will act as a trusted advocate and internal point of contact—reinforcing change messages, helping teams translate change into day‑to‑day practice, and gathering feedback. This role is critical to accelerating adoption and ensuring changes are implemented in a practical, people‑centered way.
Responsibilities:
Define the communication and change‑launch strategy, shaping messages, narratives, and materials that drive understanding and adoption
Role‑model new processes, tools, and behaviors aligned to the future state of TA
Support peers during adoption by answering questions, sharing resources, and escalating issues as needed
Advocate for the purpose and benefits of change, translating “what’s changing” into “what this means for me”
Design and support delivery of enablement and training activities, including live sessions, office hours, job aids, and just in time learning to reinforce adoption
Collect qualitative and quantitative feedback from the field on adoption, usability, and gaps
Share insights with the AI Adoption project team to inform decisions and adjustments
Provide ad‑hoc support to Talent Acquisition Operations programs and team initiatives as capacity allows, contributing to priority projects, enablement efforts, and continuous improvement activities across TA
Minimum Qualifications:
3-5 years as a Talent Acquisition professional with hands‑on experience in TA operations or programs
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex changes clearly and credibly and a demonstrated success for executive and senior leadership presence
Experience managing TA projects, timelines, and cross‑functional stakeholders
Openness to new ways of working and willingness to support organizational change
Working knowledge of TA systems and data (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn, Eightfold, Visier, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience providing feedback or representing team perspectives to leadership or project teams
Demonstrated curiosity about change leadership, continuous improvement, and candidate experience
Exhibited passion for technology and drive for bringing to bear AI in their day-to-day work
Established credibility and positive relationships within the TA organization
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$83,000.00 - $188,000.00 a yearAdditional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
