AI Enablement Principal

Job Description

The AI Enablement Principal leads enterprise-wide readiness, adoption, and workforce capability building for AI across the organization. This role serves as a subject matter expert in AI training, organizational readiness, and change enablement, ensuring employees and leaders have the skills, mindset, and support to successfully adopt AI-powered tools, processes, and ways of working. The AI Enablement Principal is a strategic influencer who partners with senior leaders, the AI COE, HR, IT, Compliance, Security, and business functions to drive AI literacy, accelerate adoption, and embed AI into daily operations. The role is responsible for building scalable enablement programs, developing repeatable adoption frameworks, and guiding cultural transformation to position AI as a key strategic enabler across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide AI readiness and adoption strategies aligned to organizational goals and responsible AI standards
  • Collaborate with the AI COE, HR, IT, Compliance, Security, and OEI/PMO to align enablement, governance, communication, and change efforts
  • Design and deliver a comprehensive AI training and enablement framework, including role based learning paths, onboarding, skill assessments, and reinforcement programs
  • Develop and maintain scalable learning materials, toolkits, communication assets, and self service resources to support AI adoption
  • Partner with business leaders to identify workforce capability needs while leveraging feedback loops and data-driven insights to continuously refine AI training, adoption strategies, and team-level AI-enabled workflows
  • Establish repeatable models for AI rollout, including use case intake, assessment, prioritization, and adoption readiness
  • Advise senior leaders on AI adoption readiness, training strategies, and organizational implications of AI deployment
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience; High school diploma from an accredited school or GED required
  • 7 years of experience in human resources, change management or technology adoption including 2 years leading AI driven initiatives in technology-related training, digital adoption, or transformation readiness initiatives

Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, user enablement, digital workflows, and change management best practices
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across matrixed teams
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and lead multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to measure adoption effectiveness and continuously improve program design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, user enablement, digital workflows, and change management best practices
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across matrixed teams
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and lead multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to measure adoption effectiveness and continuously improve program design

Potential pay for this position ranges from $124,000.00 - $211,000.00 based on experience and skills.
