About the Role

As an AI Enablement Consultant at DelCor, you will help associations and nonprofits turn AI and automation into practical, usable capabilities. Not abstract concepts or vendor hype.

This client-facing role focuses on AI discovery, Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement, workflow automation, and adoption-driven change management. You will work directly with client leaders and staff to identify where AI makes sense, design and pilot solutions, and ensure they are implemented safely, responsibly, and in a way clients can sustain.

This role is remote-first with some on-site client travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI and automation discovery engagements with client stakeholders across departments (IT, HR, Member Services, Operations, Leadership)
  • Translate business pain points into clear problem statements, outcomes, and prioritized AI/automation use cases
  • Design and deliver AI and automation roadmaps aligned to client goals and operational reality
  • Enable and pilot Microsoft 365 Copilot use cases
  • Design and implement Power Automate workflows for real business processes (e.g., ticketing, shared mailboxes, HR lifecycle events)
  • Act as a connector architect between Microsoft 365 and client systems (HRIS, CRM, PSA, ticketing platforms)
  • Pilot lightweight AI-enabled workflows
  • Define and recommend AI governance, risk classification, and approval frameworks appropriate for association environments
  • Support client adoption through training, documentation, and clear change management practices
  • Capture reusable patterns, templates, and lessons learned to contribute to DelCor’s internal IP
  • Own end-to-end success for assigned AI enablement initiatives, from discovery through implementation and stabilization

Preferred Experience/Training:

  • Strong technical experience with M365 Copilot and Ecosytem
  • Hands-on experience enabling M365 Copilot for business users
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Power Automate (variables, conditions, approvals, error handling)
  • Working knowledge of:
    • JSON
    • REST APIs
    • Microsoft Graph
  • Experience translating technical solutions into business-facing language
  • Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices
