AI Centre of Excellence - Product Owner / Business Analyst

As a Product Owner / Business Analyst, you will sit at the center of our AI delivery engine owning and driving the pipeline of work from intake through to continuous release. 

This role will be partnering closely with Partners, LoS leaders and subject matter experts; you will lead discovery, shape clear outcomes and translate business needs into well-defined backlogs and production-ready solutions. Working day to day with developers and stakeholders, you will coordinate build, testing, responsible AI and security controls, and release into production—ensuring solutions move smoothly from idea to impact, with strong adoption, measurable benefits and clear visibility of risks and outcomes for leadership 

Your day-to-day could include: 

• Own and run the delivery pipeline 

• Lead stakeholder discovery and shaping 

• Drive build, testing and release 

• Track value, risks and reporting 

• Maintain solution documentation and network visibility

Essential  

• 3+ years in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar delivery roles 

• Experience running backlogs and releases using Azure DevOps or similar 

• Proven stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills 

• Strong written and verbal communication, including concise documentation 

• Experience delivering technology solutions with a focus on user value and business outcomes 

Desirable 

• Knowledge of AI and data concepts including LLMs, prompt patterns and evaluation basics 

• Familiarity with OpenAI platforms including ChatGPT Custom GPTs and common enterprise platforms 

• Exposure to responsible AI, privacy and security by design practices 

• Experience in professional services
