Our Newest Opportunity: 

Summary: 

We are seeking an AI Engineer with a strong front-end development focus to help build and support cutting-edge AI-powered products. This role will work closely with internal product stakeholders and engineering leadership to develop modern user interfaces while integrating rapidly evolving AI technologies into enterprise-grade solutions. 

The team is building innovative systems leveraging leading foundation models rather than developing proprietary models from scratch, positioning this role at the forefront of practical AI application in a production environment. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

  • Develop and maintain modern front-end applications using React, Next.js, Tailwind, and JavaScript to support AI-driven products and internal systems. 

  • Build intuitive, high-quality user interfaces with strong attention to detail, ensuring clean styling, responsive layouts, and maintainable code. 

  • Integrate front-end applications with AI services and foundation models (such as OpenAI and similar platforms) to support new product capabilities. 

  • Monitor and adapt to rapid developments in the AI ecosystem, quickly evaluating new tools and technologies to improve product functionality and performance. 

  • Support engineering leadership in maintaining and evolving the core technology stack while ensuring alignment with internal product stakeholders. 

  • Help automate and improve manual workflows through AI-driven tooling to ensure operational processes run efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks. 

 

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience 

  • 3+ years of strong front-end development experience with React, Next.js, Tailwind, CSS, and JavaScript. 

  • Ability to read, understand, and work directly with front-end codebases and styling frameworks. 

  • Experience or exposure to AI APIs or foundation models (OpenAI or similar). 

  • Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and ability to quickly learn new technologies. 

  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where AI tools and capabilities evolve rapidly.
