The AI Sales Specialist is a high-impact role responsible for driving sales of Genesys AI portfolio solutions. This role sits at the center of our transformation toward an AI-first GTM. The AI Sales Specialist is a business-outcome seller with deep understanding of AI-led transformation, capable of reframing customer conversations from features to measurable, enterprise-level impact. The role blends deep AI expertise with strong commercial acumen ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology innovation and value-driven enterprise sales.
The Specialist partners closely with AEs, Solution Consulting, AI Architects, Marketing, and partners to accelerate AI pipeline creation, improve conversion, and position Genesys as the strategic AI platform of the Experience Economy. The AI Sales Specialist serves as the organization’s subject-matter authority on applied AI for CX spanning Agentic AI, generative AI, predictive AI, workforce AI, Intelligent automation and analytics.
