What is the opportunity?

Receives, investigates, and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products and services; processes basic bank service transactions. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.

What will you do?

The Agile Flex Operator is part of a dynamic team that will be trained to support numerous functions throughout Payment and Trade Operations (PTO), including:

  • Trade

  • Wire Payments

  • Wire Investigations

  • Day 2 DCP (Digital Check Processing) Investigations

  • Settlement: Monitoring of Inbound and Outbound payment files between Financial Institutions to ensure proper financial Settlement and reporting with Payments Canada

  • System Monitoring: To ensure timely processing of Payments Files
