Responsibilities:
Lead Ziegler’s Caterpillar Services Growth Plan (SGP) and drive new parts and service business growth
Develop KPIs, track progress, and ensure growth targets are met
Manage internal projects, pilots, and voice-of-customer initiatives
Execute the go-to-market strategy and monitor customer demand for balanced offerings
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and CSR teams to create and implement campaigns
Build and maintain OEM and vendor relationships to support merchandising and new product pilots
Drive Caterpillar parts marketing programs, inventory planning, and eCommerce engagement
Oversee aftermarket sales funnel, coverage strategy, and lead management
Manage department workflow, operating procedures, and approved budget
Identify and develop non-traditional product support opportunities
Conduct annual performance and salary reviews for direct reports
Qualifications:
4-year college degree required
3+ years customer service experience required
3+ years sales operation experience strongly preferred
3+ years of management experience required
3+ years of parts and product support knowledge required
Demonstrated ability to successfully create and execute on long-term business strategies
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and work concurrently, with priorities and deadlines changing
Strong understanding of business financials and able to make sound decisions accordingly
Excellent leadership, motivational and organizational skill
Safety oriented
Must have and maintain a clean driving record

The total compensation (base plus incentive) for this position is
$109,100.00 to $163,600.00Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, and education. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
